Boston Bridge is an educational program that allows students from Japan to travel to Boston where they will take part in training programs such as lectures, introductions to universities, laboratory tours, English conversation lessons, etc. The company was established in 2010, and its founders were looking for a new logo that would appeal to a young demographic. The main idea behind the new logo was to create an icon that would represent both Boston and Japan. To represent Boston, picking the Zakim Bridge was easy as it follows the theme of bridges and it's an iconic piece of the city with its historical references (the Bunker Hil Monument inspired it). And finally, to tie in Japan, the red circle came from its flag and the original Boston Bridge logo. [Proposed Logo Idea]
